URGENT - Section 5 no proof

Hello -

Thanks for reading this, I really hope someone in this forum can help.

I'll be going in for my ILR (TIER 1 to ILR) interview on Monday and need to know if Section 5 is mandatory? I have not worked for the past 8 months as I've founded a startup company and haven't made any money as a result. However, I have the sufficient points as I've earned the 26K in the first 4 months of the 15 month period.

Is this an issue?

Hi ,
How do you mean by section 5 is mandatory ? if you have'nt earned i think its ok as long as your company is paying you the salary and dividends and company has made enough profit in the last financial year .
