Hi,
I am in a big confusion.The thing is,i came to UK in may 2013 on tourist visa but encountered with the immigration at airport and set to deport back to my country on the basis that
1 I had apply visa for few days but when obtaining for 6 months changes the period of stay for 4 months and is going to abuse the visa by doing work that was not allowed.
2 I got the photocopies of my educational docs.(that i said is just a part of my laptop bag and are useless as only photocopies.)
but i appealed with the ground to have right to appeal in UK that got dismmised in september due to silly reason of judge that my return ticket that
1 i bought is invalid or not a ticket.(although ticket was genuine and can be confirmed with the Stupid).
2 I have the original educational docs(thats not at correct)

i got right to appeal for this decision as well.But it could take 3 to 4 months more to get hearing plus my job that i have to rejoin in my country ,so i decided to come back(not deported).

Now the situation is that ,I am applying for student visa in jan in a london university and is fearing that my previous history can impact on my application.
Need advice on this issue.

If you are applying for student visa, you require to obtain sponsorship from one of the Tier 4 sponsor educational institute. They will let you know what documents you need to provide. Typically its all the academic documents to obtain the offer, your bank statement with sufficient amount of money, your TB certificate or any other medical documents require to obtain UK visa, 2 copies of passport size pictures (please check UKBA's website for measurement and the requirement). CAS number and letter from your Tier - 4 sponsor.
