tier4 dependent work query

Hi
My wife got her tier4 dependent visa on 9th jan 14
There is nothing specific word for work on visa sticker
Is this mean she can work full time?

Assuming you're taking a postgraduate course that's at least 12 months long, then yes they can, subject to any stated prohibition e.g. a doctor or training.
