Tier 2(ICT) Dependent

Hi

I am in UK on Tier 2 ICT and my spouse is along with me as a dependent. Can my spouse switch to Tier 2 general if she receives a job and sponsorship?

Please help by providing the information.

your spouse cannot switch in the UK, s/he would have to apply from the home country and have a restricted CoS
