sendind new documents to UKBA

hi guys
i need expert advice...i hv applied in nov 2012 ,interview in april 2013,,after that no news...

i had sent online print of current appnmt report that time to ukba...now the scenerio is i hv changed my registered address between this period ,
1: what u guys suggest me should i send 3 pound CAR to ukba by post?
2-ukba did not ask for any documents but i hv changed my business address ,do u guys think i should inform them by sending new advertisments online..

all i wanna send these because i just came to know week before that if i get refused i will not get right of appeal because i hv applied after expiration of my visa ,my whole case is ok but only refusal they can give me is printed CAR....
plz give ur opinion
