EEA3 for my partner

Hi Everyone,

My eea2 application was refused and last week i received a letter from my solicitor stated that my appeal was allowed. Now my partner wants to apply for eea3 as she has been working here for last 7 years(6 month gap) and now unemployed(pregnant). Can someone advice me on what documents she need for the application? and will it have any affect in my case?

Why was it refused?

she need to show 5 years work in the UK for PR ( is she from a country that joined EU in 2004 ? )
