switch the employer in tier 2 ict long term migrant

Hi,

I have one Tier 2 ict long term staff migrant visa for UK which I got in May. After that I have not been to UK. Now I changed my employer. Will that ICt visa work for the new employer or do they have to apply for the same from the begining like getting the COS etc...
Or is there any other work around to switch employer in tier 2 ict visa.
Please let me know.
