Tier2 ICT to Tier 2 General to ILR

Hi,

I have some queries regarding my ILR eligibility. Hoping you guys can help.

I came to UK in June 2010 (visa applied after 06 Apr 2010) on Tier 2 ICT Established staff visa.
I switched my visa to Tier 2 General in June 2012 and now have my visa valid till July 2015.

1) Will I be eligible for ILR in July 2015 having completed 5 continuous years?

2) If not, can I get an extension to my Tier 2 General visa?

3) If yes, how long can I get the extension?

4) Will I be eligible for ILR after extension of Tier 2 General visa? In which month and year?

Hello,

Just to add some more information to my post (although I am not sure it would matter much)

I also had a Work Permit granted to me in May 2006 till Mar 2008

I was in UK from June 2006 - Sept 2007 and then for another 15 days in Mar 2008.

Does this have any bearing on me being eligible for ILR now?
