Can Tier 2 Dependent work in UK with an Indian Company

My husband and myself are planning to move to UK as my husband has got an offer from UK and his visa will be sponsored by the company in Tier 2. I will be given a Tier 2 dependent visa. Presently I am working in an Indian company which also does business in UK. Can I work for my Indian company in UK with the dependent Visa being sponsored by my husbands company. Is it legal, that I work for this company in UK but by a visa sponsored by my husbands company.

on a PBS dependant visa you can work for any company in the UK (unless you are a doctor or dentist in training)
