VAF1B or VAF1A - Niece visa

hello everyone
sorry if incorrect location for this post
I was looking ukba home office and vfs site but its not clearly mentioned which type of visa to use for niece short term visit for around 2-3 weeks.
For sister / brother it is Family visa ( VAF1B)
For Niece (under 18 age) child visitor - will it be same Family visa ( VAF1B) or VAF1A (tourist or to visit friends)
