UKBA Change of address form - Dependants

Just a quick question, if anyone has any idea please.
I am completing the online change of address form on the UKBA web site:
https://contact-ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/ ... y-details/

It asks how many dependants are moving with us.
Does this just mean dependants that are under immigration control?
