No I showed my home address.
Advice is that try to make every document in the format which is provided by UKBA e.g.for contract, bank letter etc.

I was just wondering if HO made any enquiries about your contracts? I have heard that they randomly pick 1 of your active contracts and they email them to see if the contract is active and genuine.

Please advise.

My apologies I did submit a single contract but they did not do any queries at all.

n also did u use the same company or established a new one(n did u send New CAR n company related documents or just give them the old reference of ur application) n was it a new contract or the contract which u had before????

I applied solely.
Everything was new like company, CAR, contract etc

Could you please let me know if you submitted proof of having Business Account as well, because I had difficulty to open the business account as I didn't have any ID other than passport which is in the Home Office?

Planning for fresh application but my old company is still running. and my advertisements and contrast and business accounts are on old company name and i have 20 days to applying as my appeal refusal was on 10 january. Please help me in some information of applying on old company.?

I do apologise from the core of my heart as I do not know how to tackle with documentation regarding the old company. I applied on the basis of my newly estsblished company, and would love to help you out only in this regard.

Many congratulations mate. Just a quick one, I heard you can make a fresh application within 28 days after the dismissal of appeal but you applied roughly after 40 days. Any idea how much time is allowed?

After my appeal dismissed, I applied to UT from where I was refused on 25 Oct.

No I did not put the previous reference no. etc.
With my fresh application I just attached the last decision which I recieved from UT ( a deniel letter to appeal in the UT).
