Regarding Cancellation of COS letter

Hi..My HR allocated me wrong SOC code as 2136 instead of SOC code 2137 and She has put a Sponsor note as below..
Sponsor Note:SOC code 2137

she has applied to LICENCE NUMBER WITH MY cos on 4/1/2014 and now CAN I her to cancel my Cos and Apply for new licence number with another COS or is it ok to put another Sponsor note ..I dont know how many sponsor notes that we can add ..AND WHAT IS TIME PERIOD REQUIRED TO APPLY FOR ANOTHER LICENSE NUMBER WITH ANOTHER COS....Could any one please suggest me on this what can I do ...Thanks in advance..
