tier 2 visa sponsor license requirements

Hi Guys,

I am working with one of good and reputed companies in UK and they are willing to sponsor me in tier 2, I am on PSW visa now after completing MBA

I want to ask if my boss is willing to sponsor me on tier 2 visa then what documents he need to take tier 2 sponsor license and how many days it takes to get his license , we got total 11 staff. And more specific what form need to fill

please let me know for this i will appreciate all help and information i can achieve
