Delay by home office in JR case

Post by scorcat79 » Fri Jan 17, 2014 10:01 pm

Hi All,
I was refused for my ILR visa and therefore I applied for JR in High Court. As they accepted my case, Home Office sent me a mail and asked me to take my JR back and said that they will reconsider their decision within 3 months. This letter was to sign by High Court so I took my case back, got it signed from the Court and allowed the Home Office to reconsider.

Now 2 days has passed to the date they mentioned me they will be taking their decision by and there is no sign from them. What should I do?

Write to them and ask for a decision.
