Any Alternative For my dependent (Spouse Visa) !!!

Post by jignesh455 » Thu Jan 16, 2014 8:40 pm

:( :( Hello Admin and active members :) :) :)

I have a complicated case here. I have been in Uk since 2004 and my stay is lawful throughout. As 2 years back i have applied for Tier 1 general and some how i end up to grant DISCRETIONARY LEAVE till Nov, 12. In this visa category my dependent can't join but i have engaged at that time and went india and got marry. After i come back my wife has applied Tier 4 (student Visa) to join me in UK. As recently i have been extend my DISCRETIONARY LEAVE till Dec, 2016. But my wife's student visa is going to finish next month which is Feb,2014. And i really don't want to let her go. Does she eligible to do FLRO and can join me until i get my ILR. Or any other alternative that we can stay together here in UK. :( :( :( :(

Please share your idea and suggestion, it will be appreciated and i will be very thankful. !!!!!!

If you will have 10 continuous legal years this year, apply for SET(LR) when eligible. For your spouse, apply for FLR(FP) and explain that you will soon be settled. Hopefully she'll be granted FP leave. If not, hopefully the decision will take some time and give you opportunity to apply for SET(LR) and your spouse FLR(M).
