Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 General - reg.

Gurus,

Just a quickie: Could it be possible for only the main applicant to apply for the PEO appointment of Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 General switch-over visa and then the dependents to apply via the postal application ? This is the in-country switching category visa application and our Tier 2 ICT visa is valid until 2016 and we're in the UK since 2009.
