Application returned

Dear All,

I have submitted my EEA4 application using Legal Rep. I was in need of passport urgently but my Rep was in holiday, So he ask me to apply for request for passport. I have done online. To day I got a call from My Rep that my application was withdrawn and they sent my passport back. Please advice me, my legar rep told me that he will send it back as request. Please let me know the chances of accepting application.

Unlike other immigration category applications, applications under EEA Regulations don't get withdrawn if a passport is returned. The HO might ask for the passport in a later stage or issue the RC on a standalone piece of paper.

Hi Jambo,

But they have returned all the documents as well. I spoke with my Rep and she said she is going to send all the documents again with covering letter. Please let me know if any one experienced same like this. Actually I have requested the passport only but I am surprised why UKBA withdrawn my application.
