Form for Dependant Visa extension ; Need URGENT help

Hi All ,

I was on TIER 2 ICT visa(earlier Work Permit) and have been granted ILR now.

My wife has also been with me on PBS Dependant visa. She has completed 2 years in UK living with me.She has also cleared the English exam at B1 level.

Please let me know which forms will be applicable for her in following 2 scenarios:
1. If she clears the Life in UK test , she can apply for ILR. Which form is applicable in this scenario ?

2, If she does not clear Life in UK test , then i am aware that she cannot apply for ILR but has to continue on dependant visa. Which form will be applicable in this scenario ?
