ILR five years salary requirements

Hi All,

Can you please help me on query on salary requirements for ILR.

2009 - Tier 2 Visa - 45000 GBP

Got Tier 1 Visa

2010 - Tier 1 Visa - 35000 GBP
2011 - Tier 1 Visa - 45000 GBP

Got Extension Tier 1
2012 Tier 1 Visa - 20000 GBP
2013 - Tier 1 - 50000 GBP

Now I am going for ILR this march 2014, will this salary okay for ILR application.

Do I have to show all the 5 years salary or only the last 12 month salary will do.

I earned less in year 2012(i.e. 20000 GBP), will this effect my ILR grant?

No, it won't. You get points only for last 12 months earnings.
