Visa4UK site Problem resetting/registering account

I have been trying to reset my account to re-apply for visitor visa.
The site will tell to 'Check email link to reset account' never received any email.
Did it twice. Still no email to reset.
Tried to register new account. At the end it will tell you to check email to activate, but again no email .

Bit annoyed with their so called 'new system'. Anyone with same experienece?

Just noticed they are having problem.

"We are currently experiencing a delay in generating e-mail messages from the Visa4UK system. Your request has been processed but there may be a delay before you get your confirmation message from us. Please do not send repeat requests if you have not received your e-mail from us. "

Hope they will fix it soon.
