hi Guys,
i was on post study work visa i marriage to an EEA. my visa expired in july 2013 and i married in june. i subitted mu application which has been refused because my wife wasn't exercising her treaty rights.we put appeal and hearing is in june 2014. now she got the job. i have to travel to pakistan in april 2014 and want to come back . what are the best possible options while i have no visa.
can i apply for a student visa to travel to pakistan ? or i can travel because my wife exercising her treaty rights ???

Your chances of coming back to the UK without a visa is very slim. As your PWS has expired, you wont be able to apply for a student visa within the UK. Your best bet is to wait for your current application to be concluded.
