Hi guys, i m living in uk since 2002 and my student visa was expired in june 2005. Since then i m living as an overstayer.. I was detained in may 2010 and kept in detention for a month and released on bail, at that time i requested them to regularise my visa. I m reporting at local immigration center since then without fail.approx. 4yrs now. Recently i made an application FLR(O) PRIVATE LIFE and got refused. But in the decision letter it was mentioned that my visa was expired on june 2012, is it possible that they may have issued a descretionary leave to me and i did nt know about it? I did nt lived in the address which i gave them during my bail from detention. But i was reporting regularly during that time. Is it possible that they have sent my documents to that address and still i was not informed by reporting center? I have just ordered my SAR to check my case file. ANY SUGGESTIONS GUYS??PLEASE ADVICE..
