Is TB Certificate required once again?

Is TB Certificate required once again?

I had got the TB test done for the Dependent visa and had traveled to UK through this visa. I had shown the TB certificate on my arrival in UK.
I am now back in India and will be travelling back in few days. Do I need to get the TB test done again? Or, Do I need to carry my old certificate again?

Please advise.
