My mother-in-law will shortly be applying for a Family Visitor visa. She has children but as they are all of adult age being not dependant on her for support, she will be leaving question 4.17 (Please provide full details of your dependant children' blank. However I am unsure whether questions 4.16 (Do you have any children?) and 4.17 (Do all your children live with you at the address given in question 3.1) is specifically regarding just dependant children
