Additional document asked ukba T1E £50k route

Hi

I have applied for tier 1 visa under 50k route as a team

We have received a letter from UKBA For additional info.

I would be greatful if you could forward a further work contract from your business( company name)

I have already forwarded 2 contract along with my application which is valid for 6 months Dec 13 till June 14.

I really don't understand what do they require
Do they want ( 3rd contract , explain contract, extend te of contract, they lost my contract coz the letter is addressed only to me not to my team member.)

It would be great if someone could guide me this

yr post doesnt say what exactly UKBA wanted. did they mention that they want a new contract

I guess they are asking for the contracts, As u mention u have already submitted 2 contracts with your initial application and they are still live then send them the copy of it again and if you have done any new contract since submission of initial application also send them the that as well ............. as per my understanding they just want to see they have to undertaken any other work apart from the initial contract which you have submitted.

so if I were you I will resend the contract which u have submitted with initial application only if they r still live, also send them any invoice which you have issued to clients .... and a copy of new contract to show business is trading properly and I have done more work since submitting initial application and it prove the business activity and progression.

I just had a query. Do you think is there anything to worry as my other partner did not recd a letter it's only addressing me. Although we submitted exactly same documents.

I cant see any problem or worry but i guess u have a good case worker atleast he asked for update documents so as i mention bfore if it was me i would resend the contracts which i submittd with initial application only if they are still live and if there is any invoice in regards to those contract been issued to the client plus will send a new contract which is signed after the submission of initial application and thts abt it and hopefuy u wil hve positive response if evrything else is ok with ur application.

From your post, it seem UKBA want a contract agreement between your business and your client and not between you and your client since you have applied under the provision of entrepreneurial team. You should get your contract ammended to show your business name and the client name and signed by any of the directors.

Ok thats great so juat provide evidence of it and i wi reckon have new contract instead of that old one and mention. Learly whe. It is signed and when is it ending etc and make aure u sign it and re submitt that and if u have signed any more contract since than submit that too ..... Or if u can posaibly sign one now its better as it shows u r actiy trading and making efforts to get more work and get this buisness up an running
