Change the cas letter from private school to public univers

Hello Everybody ,
This is a Dickensien case that i want to be clear about
i am a current student in london school of commerce.the problem is that i didn't got any hours on my work permit.
i want to know if there is any other solution or wayto get my 20 hours work permit. and also can i renew my current tier4 visa by using a cas statement from the university instead of LSC, because i heard that the cas from LSC doesn't insure the 20 hours of work
Ps : I am now on foundation courses (pre-master ) and my MBA will start on april 2014

You will be allowed to work 20 hours in term time if you are studying a NQF level 7 course at an institution which is either a publicly funded or HEI. (Subject to you meeting requirements of Tier 4)

@ khalidouxxxx, LSC should be able to tell you if student with CAS letter from awarding university will get 20hrs work and if thats the case, then you can get a new CAS letter and re-apply to change sponsor so that you can get your 20hrs work permit.
