Hi
I applied my t1 Ent on 5th october, fee deducted 8th october , biometric done on 14 oct.
Category 200k
Funds are in uk.
In uk from last 7 years.
No any reply from home office till date.

Can any help me what i can do as my father is also get brain stroke in 2012, and they again got problem related to stroke as i have all the evidence with me.

Need advice as all funds are in uk till that they are taking lot of time.

write a letter to the case worker with the reference of yr application explaining him the situation

@ tangy67, you stated that your father had stroke in 2012 but you then submitted your application in Oct 2013, I actually dont understand your query because if its to get a quick decision, you will have to show your circumstances as an immediate emergency. Kindly clarify your query if my assumption is wrong.

Actually my father got stroke in dec 2012 which my family informed me after 6 months now they again got recently problem related to stroke as my family send me all the evidences eg reports through e mail and i also sent every thing to my solicitor who replied that it could not help to expedite up your application as i am bit confused.

And
Please reply that i have all the funds in uk from long time , is there any specific reason behind to hold the application or i am in uk from last 7 yrs.
