It depends what visa you have now, You will continue to hold that status until they decide your article 8 application.

Hi , actually my question is similar as well,
I apologise op for asking question in this thread.
My scenario
I was on tier 2 when i applied for ilr on the basis of 10 year long residency. And after i applied ILR. Bcoz of some personal issue i resigned from my tier 2 sponsor.
My question is i found a job and have start working with new employer
im i allow to do so,
or does the old conditions still applies to me?? Btw im working part time at the moment with my new employer
I ll really appreciate ur input on this situation
