Hello Everyone,

I have a query related to CB, I had applied for CB a month ago sending them all relevant photocopies last wk I received a Lester for some additional information along with me and my sons original passport, in the form they have asked the below information to which I need your advice as what info is required. My son was not born in UK

Part 1

What is the full name of the person whose passport the children are included on? - is it my name

What is the date of birth of the person whose pasoport the children are included on?

What is the nationality of the person whose passoprt the children are included on?

At which United Kingsom airport or port did they arrive?

On what date did they arrive in the United Kingdom? - is it my or my sons date of entry?
