Tier 1 --> ILR 145 days of absence

Hello guys,

I am on Tier 1 (General) visa.

Initially, I came to UK from Indian Company on my Tier 1 visa. I was in UK for 6 months but my salary was paid in India.
I then went back, resigned Indian company, searched Job in UK and came back on my own in UK after 145 days of absence.
Since then I have been working in UK and have not taken long holidays.

Now, when I apply of ILR --->

Q. 1 Whether and How can I present Initial 6 month stay in UK (with no income in UK)
Q.2 Will 145 days of absence from UK will create any problem? What proof I can provide here?
