TIER 2 general Refusal

Hi ,

I got refusal of TIER 2 general , while applying outside from Uk.
the refusal letter says "TIER2-General-changes in employment " is unrestricted category and I am not eligible for this category while applying from outside UK.

But however when I checked with Sponsor he told this particular Cos ( TIER2 -General - changes in employment ) is restricted category CoS as they have licence to allocate only restricted CoS but as sponsor Note says ( Changes in employment ) the applicant reviewer thought it as unrestricted.

Since I am eligible for administrative review Can you please suggest should I go review and what should I mention in the review letter.

Counter all the points which they raise as reasons for refusing you with solid evidence and proper explanation. Explain why there were wrong and why they should grant you if they follow their own guideline and laws. Goodluck.

you need to explain your situation more clearly - do you have T2 leave at present and are you working, what CoS did your prospective employer assign to you, etc.

No I don't have T2 leave . I am applying first time T2 ( General ) VISA from India ..
