Time limit on sending passport to get visa stamped?

Hi All,

I had my wife's spouse visa application refusal overturned through first-tier tribunal appeal last week. We are waiting for the call letter to come through from the UKBA to my wife asking her to send her passport to them to get the spouse visa stamped.

I wanted to find out whether there was a time limit within which she has to get the passport sent out to the UKBA after receiving the call letter? i.e. within 10/14/28 days etc.

The visa application was made in Islamabad, Pakistan.

There is no time limit
Usually they say it can take up to 4 weeks to get the call letter
After the court hearing how many days after did you get the letter saying you won the appeal?

Thanks. I got the determination letter 5 days after the appeal hearing.

So the call letter doesn't state a time limit within which the passport needs to be sent out?

can you tell me about court letter come by special delivery or ist class letter. i am waiting as well. thanks
