Benefits after ILR

Hello Guys,

Could any one please confirm me about the entitlement of benefits after ILR as currently I am on TIER 1?
Is their any restriction or impact of claiming benefits on Naturalization or Passport application?

No restriction, claim what you are entitled to. So far as your partner (if you have one) is not subject to immigration control.
