When can I apply for BC ?

Hi I got my ILR on 21-Nov-12
Then I went for holidays Twice

1) From 09-Dec-12 To 11-Feb-13 (62 Days exc traveling days )

2) From 12-Dec-13 To 27-Jan-2014 (46 Days exc traveling days)

Which date will be the earliest to apply for BC ?

The requirement is no more than 90 days absence within the last 12 months.

If you base this off todays date, 31 January, as of 31 Jan 2013 you've spent 58 days out of the country (12 from the first block of holiday, 46 from the second block).

Therefore, it looks like you meet this requirement.
