EEA NATIONAL GOING TO UK WITH FILIPINA WIFE (REQUIREMENTS)

I'm a Polish and EU citizen, permanent residence of USA married to Filipina woman. I would like to go to UK to study and work. How can I bring my Filipina wife from Philippines to UK? What's the process and requirements? Does she needs a passport only and marriage certificate to go there for 3 months and within that time we will apply for EEA family permit? Please help, we are confuse about the process and the appropriate requirements. Thank you.
