Schengen Visa for my Mother in Pakistan

Hi all,

I reside in UK and hold British Citizenship. My mother lives in Pakistan and visit us every year on a visit visa. I am planning to take my mother on a european tour and would like to know what documents do I need to send for her France Schegen Visa application?

I would really appreciate your reply.

Looking the required documents section I have few questions about the documents. Can someone please answer them below?

- evidence relating to the reason for your stay in the Schengen Area ;
>> What sort of evidence would be required for it?

- evidence of means of support during your stay and your accommodation ;
>> Can I make an advance hotel booking to provide as an evidence?

- evidence of repatriation insurance ;
>> travel insurance on my mother's name?


- evidence of your return to your country of residence (return ticket or sufficient personal resources to buy it) ;
>>She would be buying a return ticket of PAK-LON, LON-PAK. Would that be ok? But not sure the detay Schegen Visa might cause? Can I send my payslips and bank statements as a suffiant resource to buy it?

- documentary evidence to convince the consular authority of your intention to leave the Schengen Area when your visa expires.
>> She has been to UK a number of times and returned back to Pakistan within her visa stay limit. Would that be enough proof?

[yes, you need to provide itinerary, evidence of hotel booking, bank statements in support of finance]

- evidence of repatriation insurance ;

[yes]

- evidence of your return to your country of residence (return ticket or sufficient personal resources to buy it) ;

[she also needs to provide confirmation of her travel from UK to France/schengen area and return to the UK. This needs to be aligned with the validity of her UK visa]
