Tier 4 Phd - Further 12 months extension

I got admission in 3 years PhD program 4 years ago and got visa of 3 years and 4 months. I could not complete my phd within 3 years and got extension for further one year to complete it and going to complete it in 4 years now.

AS on expiry of 3 years visa I got one year extension to complete my PhD. Can I apply for further 12 months extension as skill visa program stated on?http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitec ... s/81-tier4

@ monky123, yes you can apply for the DES visa as its completely different from your present Tier4 student visa. Also condition of DES is 12months full-time work permit unlike the Tier4 student visa which restrict work to 20hrs per week during term time.
