ilr eligibility for ict stamped b4 apr 2010 & absns b4 apr

Below are the details of the visas. Need help to find if I wud be eligible for ilr.

cos issue date- 8th feb 2010
ict tier 2 valid from date - 18th feb 2010
Ict tier 2- entry in uk date - 6th march 2010
IMP-->Medical emergency out of uk in india on india salary : 16th april 2010 to 21st may 2010
Re-entry in the uk date- 22nd may 2010
Ict tier 2 visa expiry date- 14th march 2012

--- ict tier 2 extension--- within uk.

Date applied by post - 21st jan 2012
Ict tier 2 extention approval letter date- 10th april 2012
Ict tier 2 extended visa/brp issue date- 25th april 2012
Ict tier 2 extended visa expiry date- 15th march 2014

I am planning to change my visa to tier 2 general before my current visa expires so that I can cover my required ilr duration..but there wud be a gap again from current visa expiry date to the next visa issue date.

I have three questions
1) my ict visa is stamped before april 2010..so am I eligible for ilr or I am not eligible beacuse of my absence due to medical emergency as I entered uk after April 2010
2)my continuous stay shud be calculated from which date ? In my case from feb 2010 or may 2010
3)will the gap period between the extension tier 2 ict and tier2 ggeneral affect my continuous period. Or for that matter any extensions gaps.If yes how?
