Hi There,

Here is my Timeline:

1-I am married to an EU National, exercising her treaty rights in UK for the past 6 Years .

2- I am from ASIA still on RESIDENT PERMIT living in UK .

3- I want to start my business back home in ASIA and for that purpose i would be back home for months

so my Main question is,

****How long i can live back home in a given one Year?

***is there any time limit of staying back home?

You can spend as much as you want abroad. The HO can't restrict you. However, if you spend long periods abroad, it might reset your residence clock for PR or BC (if this a goal for you).

if spend 6 months here in uk and 6 months back home for business purpose every year

then will it hurt my chances for INDEFINITE?

Upto 6 months a year abroad will not affect your PR application.

BC is British Citizenship. There are residential requirements to be met as well if you apply for it
