Hi,
Can someone please clarify about the self employed threshhold needed for spouse visa application in uk
(£18,600)
Their are several figures which you get:
Overall takings (before tax and allowances)
taxible profits from business (after tax)
figure after personal allowance taken off net profit (£8000)
Which figure do they require?
Also do they include personal allowance as part of the threshhold? as this is over £8000
For example:
I earn £30000 takings, profit after expenses and annual investment allowance = £20000 (net profit)
Is this the figure they look at, because that £20000 goes down to £12000 when personal allowance is taken off. (which everyone gets)
Please tell me which is the figure they want????
Thanks
