Hi all. We received a call from BHC asking to confirm address for call letter on 9th jan. How long does it take for call letter to arrive.

I submitted my passport at Gerry's Fedex Lahore. How much time do they normally take to process visa after submitting??



My timeline is:

Settlement & Dependent Visa : 14 September 2012
Refused : 12 October 2012
Appeal: November 2012
Court Hearing: 16 August 2013
Determination Letter: 18 October 2013
Call in letter: 3 January 2014
Passport submitted: 10 January 2014
Visa stamped; ???

my hearings next month and i just want to prepare myself for what i might get asked..

Maximum time for call in letter is 3 months, means within 3 months u,ll get call latter.

Hey it should normally take 15 days to stamp visa but nowadays they seem to be taking over a month i know of around 5/6 people who have submitted passports in december and still not recieved anything. My hubby is submitting his passport today Insha'Allah. You will get yours back soon, have you tried emailing the BHC asking for an update on your passport status?

Call letter is normally received within 12 weeks of receiving determination letter.

My wife submitted passport with call letter in December 2013. We are still waiting for visa stamp. Does anyone know how long it is taking now for visa stamp ?

The whole appeal process is ridiculously long, still got 6 weeks till my review date end still no news abt the appeal..

we got refusal on 28 may after that we appealed against decision so before court date court sent us a letter that respondent has withdrawal Original decision my parents got letter on 02/10/2013 after that on 08/10/2013 ECO sent a Call letter to my parents about submitting the Passport to Gerry Which they DID not Received ,My lawyer sent a letter to Home office on 10 Jan like after 3 months waiting for call letter they didn't reply. Then I my Self sent An email to Complaints department to Homeoffice on 24/01/2014 that we are waiting since 16 weeks for call letter after getting a withdrawal Notice from Court They replied me in JUST 3 days that ECO sent a call letter on 08/10/2013 to my parents that please submit your passports then they forwarded my complaint to Abudhabi embassy. AbuDhabi Embassy emailed me in just 2 days that they already send a call letter on 08/10/2013 so i replied them same day that We did not Receive any CALL LETTER they email us a New call letter dated 29/01/2014 at 3:00 Am in Morning .. within 10 Min I called Gerry to book An appointment for submission of passports and got Appointment Very next Day @ 10 o'clock I informed my dad he was surprised wot im doing they didn't believe at first.... So they submitted passports on 30/01/2014 now Online status is "Your application has been forwarded to Embassy" Now lets see how long it will take... And please sent an Email to Complaint department ASAP for Quick process .

Just to let you Know got an Email from Abu Dhabi "Your visa has been issued and will shortly be returned to our commercial partner"
I think within 2/3 days it will be ready for Collection. Really Fast Process After Complaint.. MashAllah
