Post by wam_khan » Wed Feb 05, 2014 5:49 am

Dear Madam / Sir

I am currently resided in London and am entitle to work full time under Tier 1 (General) visa scheme. Can I undertake paid Internship in Ireland ( Dublin) based on my current leave to remain in Uk which I repeat is Tier 1 (General).

Can any one on Indefinite Leave To Remain in Uk not a full citizenship ( British Passport) undertake any paid position in Ireland (Dublin).

kindly respond to both questions given above.

Warm Regards
Vamiq Khan

You need an Irish visa to work in Ireland. UK (ILR) do not entitle you to work in Republic of Ireland.
