Does a Tier 1 Settlement app require ongoing employment?

I know to apply for settlement, you again need to show you meet the points criteria.

However, do you also have to show continuing employment.

(My contract might end 2-3 months before my 5 years, I will meet the points criteria (prior 15 months), but not sure if I'll be able to show ongoing employment -- as will need to look for a new job)

u don't have to new employment but its definitaely gud to be employed so they can see that u will not be claiming public funds straightafter.........I think gurus will able to confirm

You don't have to be in continuous employment as long as you satisfy the criteria.
