visa4uk tier 2 (general) dependant child

Hi All,

I am currently working in UK under Tier 2 general visa
I am trying to fill an online application form for my child (age 5) in India through https://visa4uk.fco.gov.uk/home/index.

I have problem in selecting a visa type

Reason for Visit:
Visa Type:
Visa Sub Type:

Please let me know which options will be right.

I'm trying to fill the online visa application for my child who is applying from India through Visa4UK website. Need some help filling the form.

In the Section 3 of the Tier 2 General Child online visa form (Visa4UK) they ask these question. I just want to know whether they asking these questions to applicant (ie child) or to main applicant (ie me)?

Under the title Spouse/Partner they ask
What is your marital status?

Under the title Father they ask
father's details

Under the title Mother they ask
mother's details

under the title Dependant Children they ask
Do you have any dependent children?

Lastly under the title Non-depandent Children they ask
Are there other children travelling with you?

Thanks for your reply manci, but the paper form (vaf10) don't have all these questions in it. It just ask for father and mother details of the applicant (child) in it. So it is very clear. The online form is confusing.
