Urgent Advice required for switching into partner visa

hi,

I urgently need help regarding switching my Tier 4 student visa into a partner visa.

Details.

I am living in Uk for almost 4 years now. Come to uk on student visa and then switch to PSW visa and then again switch to tier 4 student visa. My visa expires by the end of this month. Now I am getting married to a girl who is a family friend and a british national on 10th Feb 2014. (religious ceremony). The date given to us by registrar is 21 feb 2014, but I am confused to which visa extension i should apply for and if there is any problem in getting married register in UK.

After marriage, apply for FLR(M) before current leave expires.

visa expires on 28 feb 2014. will this time is enough for getting married and applying visa extension as registrar gives date as 21 feb 2014. I don't know how much time it will take to register civil marriage.

Marriage Registration should be finished on the same day as your appointment.

knowing this really calm my nerves, but before applying for flr(M), we need six month to get ready our statement of cash savings of 62500, what should i do until then?

or should i go for flr(fp) 10 year partner route, in this no financial requirement is needed i guess, mean while i should keep 62500 in account to establish my statement by time any decision made for my flr(fp), i would be able to made another application on flr(M).
