Salary structure / breakup

Hi !

I'm aware the minimum salary for tier2 should be £20300 p.a. for my particular job role as per the SOC
But should this figure be the 'take home' salary ? what components can be included in this figure ?
Any performance based incentives etc ?

In short, the guaranteed salary has to be 20300 and cannot be adjusted with other 'non-guaranteed' components.
