My name is San and currently on a work permit . But I am now intersted to go for my 1 year M.Sc. course Post graduate study at a Reputable University and have following question for an answer.
I am a visa national and understand there are NEW RULES commencing
1st of septr 2007for student visas in-country switching process. could you
please confirm as to this is true.

could you please advise me whether this would be applicable to
VISA nationals and I would be able to switch from work-permit to student visa in-country if I apply after 1st septr. 2007? Many thanks in Advance,
