FLR(m) Approved but child visa not received

Dear Members/gurus

I have recently granted ILR Jan 2014 (10 year long residence), I also applied FLR(m) for my spouse along with my son born in UK.

I received spouse Visa 31st Jan 2014 but did not received visa for my kid although I have paid fee allotted case ID from HO and also given bio-metrics back in September.

It has been 10 days today and I am now quiet concern as I intend to travel with my family please advise me how to approach HO.
