enquiry about zambrano

Hello forum!!! Does zambrano lead to permanent settlement? what happend when child is adult, in that time does parents (primary carers) carry on living in uk or when child reached 18, they kicked out the parents from uk? if parents reach that time 20 years living in uk, can they able to apply on long residence 20 years category? what will happend? especially when both parents are illegal and their child is british (child born and lived in uk for 10 years category) after 8 years parents have a big problems? what they going to do? when their child reach 18, they just say bye bye you just live on your own, we going home office (uk goverment can't allow to live more with you) how cruel is this? how comes you live in another country without your children? Please comments on this.

you should apply for family leave to remain (O).

if you can not afford the fee, they have a fee waiver form.
if your fee waiver is approved, you will be granted recourse to public funds once your FLR(O) is successful.
